I really like these boots. Great fit. Put them on and was able to wear the whole first day. Like I had them for years. The finish is a little more antique than original picture. I like that.

    Beautifully made boots- they fit like slippers once they warm up just a few minutes. Great attention to detail, and good leather. I have a narrow-ish foot, and the heel tends to be loose in many boots for me. These fit great, just a bit too narrow in the forefoot for me across the top of the boot. A problem with my foot, not the boot. I wanted to keep them with the hope they would stretch, but ended up finding another brand that fit just right out of the box. These ran 1/2 size larger than I would usually take (I'm an 11, the 10.5 was spot on).

    This is my first pair of Dan Post boots. I have only liked Justin's and loved Ariat's. The look and price got me to try them. I would have given them 5 stars, but the right boot is a little tight while the left boot is a little loose. I am a teacher and on my feet all day, but I wore these boots the first day all day with not major issues. Yes they will have to be broken in, but basically just to loosen up the right boot that is a little tight.

    My third pair of DP Boot's purchased in the past two years. These boots are a little more snug on the heal. It leads to rubbing on the shaft seam. Once I loosened them up with saddle soap it didn't create much of a problem.
