I really like the fit and the comfort of these boots. I work in IT, so I wanted a pair off boots that were comfortable and reasonably priced (My job leads to shoes/boots getting scuffed pretty easily.) while still providing style. These boots hit the mark on all three counts. Add to that the fact that Alpine Swiss donate a portion of each sale to feed children in need and it was a no-brainer for me. These boots manage to slip on and off quite easily and you will never notice the lack of zipper; I wear a 13, so my feet are on the larger side, and I have never had any problems with slipping these boots on or off. As someone who is on their feet 8 hours a day, I was surprised at just how comfortable these boots were. I haven't had a need for an insole insert and I've been wearing them nearly every day for the last week. I'd really recommend these boots to anyone.
