I usually wear an 11.5 to 12 shoes. I used the sizing to determine what I should get. The size 12 is 12.5 inches from heel to toe, which is way to big for a size 12. I had about an inch of space in front of my foot. However, this shoe is a great product and when fit correctly will be comfortable and very stylish. I will be exchanging my 12 for a size 11. I have a pair or similar boots that I paid $145 for and the Alpine Swiss are much more comfortable. I can't wait to get the new ones!

    Returned because they were to large and the leather had a very strong processing smell, however they were very comfortable when I tried them on.
    If they were the right size and did not have that weird smell, I would have kept them. They are priced well for what you get.

    Huge fit. This was solved by putting in an insert, but since I can't wear them anyway it's a moot point.

    Why can't I wear them, you ask? The SMELL.

    The shoes look good and perform well, the only problem is that the heal of one is actually pulling from the sole already. I've only wore the shoes a few times and always get compliments but unfortunately I either got a bad pair or the shoes are just cheap. Up to me discovering this way too early of a issue with the shoe I would have recommended the shoe with no problems, but now - no I would not recommend.
