    It's a very very nice shoe. Not as comfortable as Cole Haans but comfortable enough. It is stylish and i've used in casual and semi-dressed-up times with a nice blue or brown dress pants. it also goes well with jeans.
    My only beef is with the details. The sole is not leather as you see in the picture. it is plastic with "sticker like" leather sole glued to the sides. This is bound to come off eventually. This is where Cole Haans are better in details and craftsmanship as well.

    Overall i'm happy with it. we will see how long it'll last.

    Also, cheaper than Zappos (although they are both technically Amazon!)

    I've worn these shoes for a year now. They're just okay (really just 2 1/2 stars). I will continue to wear them, for now, but I absolutely would not re-order them. I like the chukka style, been wearing them for years, and these are good. I can wear them to work for business casual without a problem. Upper leather and combination leather/gum out-sole are also pluses. However... the tongue is attached to the cap a good 4 inches ahead of the farthest forward lace - a bit less than halfway to my toes. This is way too far. It allows the tongue to slip right or left and it does not lay well even if the tongue is manually straightened - which I find I have to do multiple times a day. Second negative - totally lacks any semblance of arch support. Third negative - the insole has 1/16 inch of cheap blue foam padding (and yes, I did measure it!) and it it wholly unstisfactory. The fix for #2 & #3 was to drop another $25 on a pair of really good, popular brand name athletic shoe insoles. Makes these shoes MMMUUUCCCHHH more comfortable - so that I can wear them all day. As I said, I will continue to wear these, but there were overall a disappointment.

    As per most amazon purchases from me, I bought this one drunken night and I must admit, this shoe is absolutely impeccable. Have not had any issues with them and at $50 how I could I not buy them, which I am sure drunk me said the same thing. They are quite comfortable, I can wear them for work and walking around for nine hours a day and not have any problems. Highly recommend buying them.
