I bought these exact boots 4 years ago and still wear them regularly. Simply put: they're built to last. I've gotten endless amounts of compliments about them over the years and think they're the best footwear I've ever owned.
Looking at my old pair, I don't see a single thread undone from where the soles meet the leather. Outside of a little bit of thread that only recently came loose from the strap (which I snipped off, and it's done nothing to diminish the quality of the boot), it's unreal how well they've held up.
I'm buying another pair today only because I'm starting to see the availability of these boots dwindle, and due to wearing my current pair in the snow quite a bit, they're looking somewhat water damaged, which is 100% my own fault.
