As other reviewers have mentioned, this shoe tends to be larger than other shoes based on the size indicated. I usually wear a 12, bought a 11 1/2, but could have probably gone with a 11, no problem. Other than that, great shoe, stylish, excellent price, good quality (from what I can tell after a couple of weeks), comfortable. The only drawback is that they are surprisingly loud, not quite like work boots, but based on the comfortable sole I would have guessed that they would be quieter. Not enough to take a star off, though.
