    I've had these boots for 4 years. These are extremely comfortable, very well made, and look great. I've used these boots to hike, ruck, train, ATV, and they have held up extremely well. I have not had to do anything to these boots, I've not had to repair them, replace the laces, or put inserts in them. They are over all amazing boots, and they are completely worth your money.

    I recently got these shoes and they fit perfect. I am a woman with very large feet, so I was happy to find some men's shoes that are still pretty stylish for women too.
    The color is slightly greener than the picture, but that hasn't been a problem for my outfits so far.
    I bought a size 9.5, which is a 42.5 in European sizes. I usually wear 43eur, but I decided to size down when I looked at the reviews. Also, if this is any help, I wear a size 9 (men's) in converse, 9.5 in vans, and 10 in Nike.
    These boots were totally worth buying, good price and good quality.

    I have been searching for classic combat boots for a while, and these are the best I have seen yet. Breathable canvas, with proper direct-attached sole. The adhesive on the sole bonds well, unlike cheaper quality boots that separate at the sole. The insole is a rubber pad that's more comfortable than the US military issued boots. The only complaint I have is the one pair I got has one seam not sewn properly. It split at the upper heel section. Otherwise, good boots.

    This is my third pair of Palladium boots, and my second pair of the baggy style. For the record, I prefer the baggy style to the low cut. The quality can vary from pair to pair, but the issues are usually minor mistakes with adhesive. When these have worn out I'll probably get anothe pair. I suggest using "combat boot," lacing with Palladium's boots, these included, it makes them much more comfortable than the traditional lacing shown does.

    I have been saving up for a pair of Palladium boots for a long time. I went with men's because they were less expensive and I thought they would be a little wider. I was excited to get them on, but was surprised how hard it was to put them on, my wool hiking socks were hung up in them because they were so tight in the arch where the tongue is sewn to the toe box. I wore them for about two hours in the house and had a ton of movement in the heel and the toe box was a whole 1/2" to 3/4" long on my foot. They were so tight across the arch I couldn't keep wearing them. I do not have especially high arches, I have never had a weird fit issue like this before. I got these in the early afternoon so I had been on my feet for about 7 hours. When I took off my shoes and socks I had a very deep, red indentation on my left foot, not my right though. It took a few hours to go away. I think I got a defective pair or that the way they fit are really strange. I did not want to keep them and hope for them to stretch as the rest of the shoe was too loose. I haven't run across fit issues like this in other men's shoes.
    I will try another pair of Palladium baggy boots this time women's to see if these issues resolve with gender or another pair.
    I took a picture of my left foot that had been squished to the point of pain, but can't find an upload button on the review editor right now, will try to post later..
    I've read reviews on palladium boots both men's and women's for a few years and felt pretty confident in my purchase, also my husband has a pair of these in that slate blue and black and he says they are very comfortable. I'm pretty frustrated I need to return these

My friends have sworn by Palladiums for years now and I totally understand what the hype is about -- rugged enough to hike in (and to feel somewhat safe on my motorcycle) but comfortable and lightweight. Didn't require any breaking in and fit as expected. Washed in a washing machine (insoles removed) and air dried and they look brand new after putting them through hell on a camping trip.
