The soles and foot bed are similar to other Hush Puppies' I own and love (Lookout and Locksmith), so I knew I had to have these too. Like the others, they're very comfortable with their soft rubber soles and generous insoles, which are removable by the way.
They may be ever so slightly larger then the other models I mentioned, but I expect that with a boot, so you can wear heavier socks. I still wear the same size, though, which is one-half size down from what I wear in Nike shoes. The width is average and very generous for a moc-toe shoe, because mocs usually run a little narrow. The biggest problem some may have is with the shoe opening, because it has no tongue, which makes them a little tight to put on. But I like that about them, and once you get them on your feet, it's no problem.
They're also quite nice looking. I ordered the charcoal suede pair and they look exactly like the picture here. I wish I knew if this were true for the dark blue suede color, because that color varies greatly in different pictures.
Overall, I really like these and expect I'll love them as much as I do my Lookout and Locksmith Hush Puppies.

Rubber sole color not what expected
They fit well for my size feet (13W). The laces have to be loosened up quite a bit to slip them on and off, but they are comfortable. I was surprised by the color of the rubber soles though. They appear aqua blue on every photo I have seen anywhere, but they are actually green with a yellow hue caused by the inside sole showing through the translucence, not just blue rubber made to appear green. If I angle my computer screen to where the color looks the same green, then the shoes look black instead of gray. The shoelace aglets are aqua-colored, so I'm surprised that the soles aren't the same color to match. I have to wonder if I received a discolored pair.
