- Reviewed in the United States on December 1, 2016A really good wintertime boot-- no complaints at all. I typically wear a 9.5(D) (Asics, Brooks, Keen) and that's what I ordered in these. Even with a fairly thick Powerstep Pinnacle Max replacement insole and heavy wool socks, I have some room left. I'd say they are true to size or maybe slightly on the large side. I don't think you need to upsize to accommodate thick socks. Unlike some other boots I've owned, these are easy to pull on too. The elastic webbing expands enough to eliminate any struggle. I haven't had any problem with the upper rim digging into my leg even when driving, but I've always been wearing fairly thick socks. I can see how it might happen with thinner ones, though. I haven't worn them in really cold weather so far, but they seem well insulated and I've no doubt about depending on them when I do. Overall, they are solid, well constructed, comfortable and warm. They look a lot better than I thought they would too. So, I would have no reservations about recommending these to anyone in need of a good winter boot.
- Reviewed in the United States on February 26, 2018These have been really great work and motorcycle boots, but I doubt if I'll get more than three years out of them. I really like them, and they're fantastically comfortable, but the elastic is showing pretty significant wear already, there's some de-lamination around the soles that began a few weeks after I started using them (which thankfully hasn't gotten too much worse since I noticed it), and every now and then it'll pop a stitch and I'll have to trim it down to keep it from catching and pulling loose more. As a blacksmith, I'm grateful for the leather (which won't melt to my feet), the lack of laces (nowhere for scale and embers to collect and melt to my feet), the high tops (so nothing can fall down into the tops of them and melt my feet), and that they're sturdy and supportive for long days of work. It's also really nice to have boots that don't look too "blue collar" for my fancy clients, and which pop off and on easily when I go to do installs in their fancy houses.
Motorcycling isn't super easy with the big fat toe box and the rubber cap, but it's my fault for having a tiny shifter I guess. Again, having no laces is a boon for this application. One thing they're NOT super great for is hiking. They'll do in a pinch, and I've put some miles on them in this way, but they really aren't supportive enough in the ankles to hike confidently in. That being said, they didn't rub anywhere on me overly much - I never got any blisters or hot spots - but I think it's obvious why they're not a great pick for long hikes.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 30, 2016I actually love these boots. The fit was great and they're warm for going out to shovel sow here in Northern Minnesota. Trouble is the top front of the boot rubs on the front of my leg right above the ankle -- the leather is SO stiff that in a couple hours they actually raise welts on the front of my ankles that are very painful, and I'm sure if I left them on all day I'd be bleeding by the end of the day. So needless to say I'm not wearing them. My daughter suggested sticking some mole skin inside the top front edge and see if that helps. Haven't tried it yet, but I will. Love the boots, but can't wear them without severe pain!
- Reviewed in the United States on November 29, 2015I purchased several pairs of the Original Keen Anchorage Boot and love them. Then I purchased the Keen Anchorage II Boot and ended up returning them. The II version has a narrower foot opening. I didn't have a problem getting into the boot, but once in, upper front of the boot dug into my upper ankles when walking, and I didn't feel this issue would be resolved by breaking them in. I found a pair of the Original boot online and ordered these instead.
- Reviewed in the United States on March 4, 2016EXTREMELY disappointed.
I am always willing to pay the extra money for a well-made product that can stand up to rugged (but respectful) use, and Keens definitely used to fit the bill. No longer though, something has definitely changed.
The left and right shoe are significantly different in shape and size. Easy to spot with the untrained eye, (you'd imagine that the people making/ quality checking these shoes would actually be trained) and even easier to feel when tried on.
The right foot toe box has a solid 5/16" more of extension on the outer side of the shoe, which means that it's dwarfed, left-foot counterpart is way too small, and jams into all of your toenails.
The discrepancy is so obvious as to be infuriating, and rather insulting.
Will not purchase Keens again, and plan on returning these for a refund.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 21, 2016Everyone says the shoes fit small and are to narrow to get foot in. I have several pairs of Keens, and these boots fit just as they others do, same size. As for getting foot inside the shoe, yes they are tight to get into, but they fit perfectly once in. I just used a shoehorn. If they were easy to slip on, then they wouldn't provide the support of a real boot. Happy walker in the snow today.
- Reviewed in the United States on April 19, 2016they fit as expected and are very comfortable. As some have said there is an issue of the top of the shoe rubbing on my leg. It is getting better as time goes along. I have had them for two weeks and wear them about 5 times a week. the top is less stiff and I wear thick socks or push the socks down so they bunch up and this protects my leg from the rubbing. If Keen is listening please make this shoe with a padded collar or tongue, a kick plate in back and a little more stability control and they will be nearly perfect. I can get them on and off without using my hands.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 10, 2017This is my third pair of boots from Keen but this is my first pair of slip-on boots. I'm very pleasantly surprised by how much I like the way they fit. Excellent, high quality boots as usual. Very comfortable right out of the box. Keen is definitely my new brand of boots for the foreseeable future. Tough, comfortable, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

5.0 out of 5 stars

4.0 out of 5 stars

3.0 out of 5 stars 暖かい
ウインターブーツの性能は星5つです。 ブーツのサイズは最初少し幅がきついですが、だんだん足に合ってくる感じです。 ブーツの色落ちでズボンの裾が黒くなってしまったので評価を下げました。

5.0 out of 5 stars
