I bought this pair two years ago and I am finally getting another one. I cannot believe how long these boots lasted. The only issue I ran into near the end were the out soles getting worn down and coming off the boot. Even though this occurred, the boots remained waterproof! I couldn't believe it! I am so glad this boot is still around! On average I will wear these boots for 14 hours. I work as a night shift Police Officer from 6PM-6AM. Break in time is about 3 working shifts. These boots have out performed my expectation. I have secretly called these boots, my foot pursuit boots, because the tread really help grip any terrain.

Leather can easily be polished
Water Proof
Lasted me a long time. (Previous Pair lasted two years of extreme use)
Excellent Ankle Support
Police Tested and Police Approved (By Me!)
Good for Fall and Spring Months. I also am comfortable in the hot summer months, because I work nights and my boots do not get sun beaten.
My feet haven't gotten overly sweaty from these boots and they do a good job of getting the moisture out.
Cons:
My only complaint with these boots is that there is not a winter version with "thinsulate." I have to wear thicker socks, sometimes two pairs of socks, in the winter time. I work and reside in the Midwest and the past few winters here have been record breaking for both snowfall and below 0 temps. For summer months, as with any black clothing you wear in the summer, the boots will get hot.
