I have owned 2 pairs of these boots and will buy more as needed going forward. When it comes to any type of work boot I am very picky and have a hard time finding something that fits me well and that I can wear all day long without an issue of my feet hurting. These boots are as comfortable as my tennis shoes to wear and have held up well in all weather from rain, snow, sleet, and direct sunlight in the summer. The soles wear quite well on different types of terrain but have been mainly worn on concrete. Since I haven't bought a pair of these since 2013 I can't remember all the specifics of the boot, but they do have insulation and a side zip for those of you who like the easy on and off. My first pair had the bloodborne pathogens protection which is a huge asset for people who work in a first responders environment. I do wish these boots came in the uninsulated version like the coyote brown for wearing in the summer months.

Motorcycle Boot Found! Ticks all boxes
Spent a LOT of time searching for the right, nay, PERFECT, pair of boots. This be the onez! Fit is about right. I wear 11-11.5 D and ordered 11.5 D. The fit is perfect (once laces were adjusted). They are extremely comfortable. The soles are just plain ideal for riding with deep, aggressive tread and soft, "sticky/tacky" rubber. When my feet go down, I've got good grip whether dirt, pebbles or pavement. Leather is supple and soft. The zipper is a rugged YKK, zips easily but stays up. I bought these strictly for riding but, comfy as they are, they will be going to the range too. I'm unsure how they would last for a daily work boot. I'd be skeptical because the soles are made of such soft rubber... just not sure. But for a motorcycle boot... I'm in love and recommend all day long!
