I purchased these and within the first few days I took them hunting, only to have my feet freeze while sitting in a stand all day. What I come to realize is its not the boots fault, but the girl at Field and Stream who told me these were what I needed and that "she didn't even know why they carried the artic series because those are too warm to even wear around here in Pa". Boy was she full of it. Although these boots are no good for an all day sit, if your out and about in the winter months, these are as warm and waterproof as you can get. Over time I have grown to love these boots. I also love never having to lace my boots. If they fit loose, invest in some thick insoles and you will tighten right up.
