    These are perfect boots for the Western Canadian winter. They look great and are waterproof. They have a soft sole and grip fine on ice. I wear them all day. Sometimes up to 16 hours on my feet and they still feel comfortable. Cole-Haan is an excellent shoe maker and I have never been disappointed with their styles and durability.

    These are very nice shoes. A good, clean look that would go with just about anything. They are quite comfortable and light, but they do fit just a bit loose. Not enough to bother returning, and I have already proven I can wear them all day with no discernible discomfort. Nice shoe, and I would buy them again.

    These shoes run a little big, so I would suggest getting a half-size smaller. I'm normally a 10.5, but I got these in a 10 and wear them with medium thickness socks during the winter, and they fit well but are not super tight nor are they too loose. With that said, these are SUPER comfortable and I literally get compliments every day from complete strangers, men and women, who like them. I wear them with suits all the time, but they are even better with jeans. Great all around boot for winter, and they hold up well against occasional snow / water as well. Definitely recommend these!!

    What's not to love - waterproof boots that are stylish and functional - I have not had any boots in awhile - and the salesperson at the cole haan store in SF, CA. warned me , but could not prove his point ( that i should go down a half size) THe laceups all fit my feet fine - so Iam happy with all aspects of this transaction - The return was so easy , I did not listen to many reviews that also warned me , So i can only complain about my stubbornness - Amazon still is a faantastic resource . Oh i forgot , salesperson could not prove his point - every chelsea boot in store from 10 -11 was sold out . It's just too cool . RT
