- Reviewed in the United States on December 3, 2013I ordered a pair of these and I love them. I love them so much that I do not take them anywhere where they would get muddy or if it is raining. I want to keep them perfect. I wear my Under Armour SpeedFreeks or My Bates Combat boots if I am hiking in wet weather or plan on going through some mud. I do want to point out though that ordered these from Amazon and they list them as having Steel Toes. This is absolutely NOT TRUE. Which does not bother me in the least because I personally am not crazy about steel toe boots. They tend to add extra weight and as far as I'm concerned steel toe boots do nothing for me unless I plan on working construction which is not going to happen any time soon. I've looked for a way to contact Amazon to let them know but have had no luck finding out how. So I will do the next best thing and let the customers know (that is if they read reviews before they purchase). These are a wonderful boot but the reason I wrote fit somewhat large is because I generally wear a 12.5 W but they did not offer that so I took a chance and ordered 12 W which fit me perfect. Generally if I don't find a size 12.5 I go with a size 13 but I think I read somewhere to order a 1/2 size smaller than usual so I did and Viola! They fit PERFECTLY!!! Look awesome with a pair of jeans! They are my most comfortable boot as well and I even own a pair of Scarpa's which cost me well over $200. I'm a serious boot freak so take my word on these do not let them slip through your fingers if you have the option of owning a pair. The price is more than reasonable.

- Reviewed in the United States on June 17, 2015So far so good. I had read reviews and ordered the 1/2 size larger than I wear in other boots. I wear a 7 wide either E, EEE, or EE depending on the manufacture. These fit like a glove, PERFECT and I have great difficulty finding footwear that fits. I often order multiple pairs when I do. I do expect these will expand a little as I wear them and will update this review. The biggest gig I would give them is the bootlace holes. If the plastic ends fall off the laces you will never get them laced again. The holes are too small, and a lot too small to the point that lacing becomes difficult. Still with my tiny feet I take what I can get and I'm glad to have them, I also have high arches and the arch support is great. I'd bet someone with flat feet would have to remove and replace the insoles. I wore them one day, sprayed them for waterproofing with appropriate products and they are now my favorite boots.
- Reviewed in the United States on September 21, 2016Remember these are Men's boots so women should buy 2 size smaller.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 31, 2013I was concerned about buying footwear online but the price vs what i found in store was so good i could not resist . Fist lets back up to boot wearing experience 9 yrs military service wearing Army issue leathers made in mexico boots and tons of miles as an enlisted infantryman i can say i know something about wearing boots . I bought these for Go Ruck Challenge ,i wanted speed ,quality ,support , and comfort . I got it in these boots . you are walking on at least an inch or 1.5 of sole and suport the sole is rigid but still pliable with your hand , rocks never get cought in them as well . support for heeel , arch and ankle are great . the boot laces up the same height as a combat boot but is padded all the way up. they are not hot for a leather and suede boot and have good heel to to action . running is different its almost flat footed becuase the sole is so thick . I think i can used to it though . I am currently doing 6 miles a day in them on uneven hilly terrain and i have no complaints . i say buy these boot before they go extinct .
- Reviewed in the United States on November 19, 2014These boots are heavier than I expected. One of the things I look for in warm weather work boots is their weight. Its my own fault, I did't look into the spec on them enough. Another sticking point for me is the fact that the laces don't come out. Well, not without ruining them any way. Trying to treat them with a spray wasn't that affective on the tounge area of the boot. I won't be buying these again. Its to bad, because I've heard a lot of good things about Belleville boots from some of my younger Vet. friends. They aren't American made as I expected they would be. There again, my own fault for not investigating more deeply.
- Reviewed in the United States on June 14, 2016Third pair, between me and my son. Great boots. very comfortable. My input complaint is that the softness and comfort of the soles equates to them not holding up quite as long as others... But given the price, I can't complain too much.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 7, 2014Had boots for a week right out the box decided to were boots to work I work in a hospital and walk 8 to 10 miles a shift boots felt great! Im not to big on the green but the boots are awsome they seem to run almost a half size big but still a good fit I will be buying another pair in black wen I can. The boots are light weight and breath very well cant wait to get them out to the mountains.
