Passable for TK, but not a good fit for me.
I bought these for a TK armor build I'm doing, hoping for 501st approval. The boots themselves do look like they'd pass 501st requirements, though not for Level 2 Certification since there is a seam that runs down the front and to the inside of the boot. Definitely not up to the standard of ImperialBoots or TKBoots, but they seem passable if you're stuck for boots. Unfortunately I can't wear them; they're just too big. I normally wear a size 12 shoe, so went with the Large (12-13) in these, but my feet are swimming in them. I imagine that the next size down (M 10-11) will be too small so I'll be returning them and waiting for some from ImperialBoots.

    I am very Impressed! After reviewing what the boots were made of I was at best skeptical until I tried them on after grabbing them from the box they were delivered in. OMG THEY FIT PERFECT AND ARE COMFORTABLE! They slid right onto my foot and as I walked about could feel how well they gripped the floor! I need a pair in black for my Darth Vader costume so I'm eager to see if they carry them in black as well. Oh and they look exactly like the boots worn in the movie so plus plus plus!

For anyone in my size range I would recommend a size down rather than fumble around with a loose boot. Product is as expected and works well for trooping.

    I am glad I ignored all the warnings from everyone claiming these shoes are too big. I am between a 12 and 12.5 and I have to say these fit just perfectly. I don't know what folks are talking about them being too big or where they are from or perhaps they changed the way they do their sizing but if you are a size 12 or a 12.5 then but the Large.

    In fact, if you are a size 13 I highly recommend buying the largest size because with the Large your toes will be incredibly crowded at the tip. I don't have any inserts and I have just regular socks (Not extra thick or anything) and my feet fit snugly into the boot/shoe. As a matter of fact these shoes a little narrow at the widest part of the foot.

    Granted the boot itself doesn't come labeled with any sizing so I have no idea the actual size but the box was labeled with Size 12-13 (large). Could be someone at the facility either messed up in the past or now and/or they changed it to reflect the correct sizing.

    I purchased these boots to wear with my Sandtrooper costume. I wear a size 12 and these were rated for a 12-13 so they fit as expected. A bit large but I'm adding some additional supports in the boots so I don't expect this to be a issue. I've tried them out and they seem fine. The purpose behind buying these boots was to find something that would be 501st approved and these should work just fine. Very happy with the purchase.

    I know it's not profitable for these companies to make, nor is it profitable for retailers to stock every size of costume shoe/boot, but getting one that fits would be nice. I'm an 11-11.5 US. I tried on the 12-13 US in the store and I was swimming in them. So I went ahead and ordered these boots (10-11 US) thinking they must be a much closer match. Unfortunately, they are a bit too small. My toes are tight in the front. It's better than slipping all over, so I'll keep them and try to stretch them out a bit. Hopefully the low quality materials don't come apart before I get them to fit better.
    They look good with the trooper costume but may actually go up a little higher than I think they should. Or, perhaps my legs are too short. Haha. In any case, they kind of interfere with the the leg piece of my stormtrooper costume. Not terribly, just a bit of a rub.

    Ich habe mir die Schuhe in der Größe 43,5 bestellt, da die nächsthöhere Größe mit 45-46 angegeben war. Als jemand, der normalerweise 44-45 trägt (abhängig vom jeweiligen Hersteller), hatte ich erwartet, dass sie zu klein sein könnten, somit zweifelte ich zunächst ein wenig. Sie passen mir aber trotz aller Skepsis recht gut, muss ich sagen.
    Zu meiner Stormtrooper Rüstung von Shepperton Design Studios passen sie darüber hinaus farblich sehr gut, sind allerdings ein wenig weißer als der Kunststoff der Rüstung. Dies sind übrigens die Schuhe, die auch durch die 501st anerkannt werden, das entsprechende "Elvis" Modell, welches auch über amazon erhältlich ist, hingegen nicht. Ich hoffe, diese kurze Rezension ist für eine Kaufentscheidung zukünftiger Sturmtruppler hilfreich.
