- Reviewed in the United States on September 9, 2015I would never buy these boots again. after 6 months the soles cracked in half. not one but three pairs.Iam a auto tech.im up and down on the floor all day these boots do not last. i am out of 400.00.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 28, 2013i really love them. but.. quality of made in Dominican Republic is much worse than Made In China, the right shoe has one more hole than the left. so that 2 stars
- Reviewed in the United States on December 13, 2013Decent boot, after. 1.5 years the leather on top is completely cracked threw and showing the liner beneath, the soles are gone and completely cracked. The foam from inside is showing. They are comfortable and last a decent time. From what I seen the pit boss boots are better, that's what I'm getting next, Walmart boots last me about 3-4 months and there 50$ so I think these were worth the money. I paid 85 for them tho.
- Reviewed in the United States on October 18, 2012I ordered these boots mainly because I needed a pair for winter. Now I've only worn these a few times, so I can't comment on anything long term.
First lets talk about the pros:
-You can tell they are made of high quality materials.
-I love how the boot pulls the hell back. It feels like the boot cradles my heel.
-The outsoles grip real well to asphalt.
-The most comfortable boot I've ever own, feels like a cloud.
Now lets talk about the cons:
-The outsole near the toes are rounded at the bottom, not flat. It takes getting used to. Not sure if I got a defective pair.
-I ordered a 9.5, that's the size I buy all my shoes. Yet these feel massive. I could of probably ordered an 8.5 and still would of had room.
-These boots hug your heel, but they murder my heels also. Blisters. Hopefully this goes away with more use.
-Theres a ton of rubber on these. I feel 2 inches taller wearing them. The picture doesn't do these justice for how monstrous they look.
Really the only reason I didn't return these boots is because I figured in the winter I'll have plenty of room for multiple socks and still have room to stuff one of those warming packs in the end.
***EDIT*** 1/7/12 - After using these boots at work for the past couple of months, they have finally been worn in and stretched out. They're actually pretty comfortable and extremely waterproof. I have used these boots in sub-zero degree weather through snow, and with the proper amount of socks, they have kept my feet warm and dry.
- Reviewed in the United States on May 13, 2011Ive always bought Timberland Boots for working. I recently had a mishaps with my steeltoe PitBull Pro Series and needed a new pair. Besides the fact, i wanted a waterproof boot. I work about five minutes from home, so I went back and fourth like ten times until these babies came in the mail. Put 'em on, fit perfectly and went right back to work. I thought the cuff was going to be a little high for me but it seemed to cause no issues. I worked theses things for twelve hours right out of the gate around water, cement and mud and was not let down. The lacing also makes a comfortable fit and the 24/7 suspension comfort sole is great. Im never let down by these boots. Ill say i make no attempt in keeping them clean, (why would you?) but these boots are just beautiful. Always pleased with this line of boots...will buy again...when needed.
- Reviewed in the United States on November 1, 2013Timberland Pro Series
Boots are too short, toes push on inside/front. Inside boots are very, very rough. If it does not fit perfectly, it will rub on feet, and hurt. I tired to stretch it with a boot stretcher, to make the right boot both wider, and longer. After months of trying to stretch the right boot larger, I broke the boot stretcher. I tried another stretcher, and broke that one too! The toe is too hard, and unbending, and pushes on all toes. The sole is too hard, like waking on concrete. One has to put an insole inside the boots to make them bearable. Boots are made Dominican Republic. I have NEVER had a Timberland boot that was comfortable, and I have had three pairs of them. I always hope they will be comfortable, because they look stylish. They may look stylish, but all three are like walking on concrete
- Reviewed in the United States on June 13, 2013I have had these boots for 8 months, in general they are comfy, but deffinately not waterproof. Maybe day one they were but i work outside in the rain often, and take extra socks withme to work to change into at lunch time. if it is raining hard they are not worth wearing as they will be completely soaked.
- Reviewed in the United States on January 19, 2012They're a little heavy, but not as heavy as the premium ones by Timberland. They're comfortable and fashionable. The reason I took one star off is because they could be lighter, and they also run a bit small.
